Economic Empowerment  Projects

On 15th January OPDP visited some beneficiaries of  economic empowerment project, sheep farming to be precise. These projects are a part of an initiative to empower the Ogiek youth and Women.

The two youth groups Kip A kenge self help group and the Sinentet Youth group found in Sasimwani and Oloropil locations of the Narok County respectively, are part of five groups initially selected by OPDP as benefeciaries of this program.

The Kip A kenge self help group has a membership of fifteen members  while Sinentet Youth group has a membership of  members
